God is Creator of all things, existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He created us in His image and for the purpose of glorifying Him. His Son, Jesus, died on the cross to save us from our sins and remove the barrier to significant and everlasting life. We know the Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God and that He is the source of all truth. Spiritual formation through the Word, prayer, and mentoring creates believers who are effective in ministering to others.
Educational
SCS is dedicated to the development of Christ-like character with an emphasis on Christ-centered education. Not only do we strive for each student to be prepared academically for a challenging world, but we seek an even deeper committment to see our students reach their full potential spiritually, intellectually, physically and emotionally. This is done through Christian teachers, conduct policy, environment, and state-standard curricula. SCS succeeds on the premise that parents play a vital role in their children’s education, and it is with that partnership we achieve our learning objectives for each student.
